POSITION DETAILS

Title:    Administrative Assistant

Department:   Administration

Position Type:  Full-time

JOB SUMMARY

To provide administrative support to business units so that the services are provided in an efficient manner

JOB DUTIES

• Receive, direct and relay phone calls and fax messages;
• Register all external and internal letters and documents;
• Operate with document control software;
• Provide typing, word-processing, copying, faxing and translation services;
• Provide full travel support: arranging transfers, tickets, hotel reservations, visas etc.
• Preparation of expense reports;
• Maintain filing systems;
• Monitor the order and use of office supplies;
• Assist in setting up meetings and conferences; 

REQUIREMENTS

Skills

• Techniques of Secretariat
• Negotiations skills and customer orientation
• Problem solving
• Event management
• Microsoft Office programs
• Working knowledge of English
• Excellent Azeri and Russian languages (both verbal and written)

Other

• Secondary / vocational education or University degree
• Experience in office administration
• High energy
