Retail Sales Specialist (Gazakh, Ganja, Beylagan, Mingachevir regions)


Location

Gazakh, Ganja,Beylagan,Mingachevir regions;

Requirements

Higher education;
At least 2 year experience in commerce, sales and marketing;
Excellent MS Office skills;
Knowledge of languages: Azerbaijani – fluent, English and Russian – pre-intermediate level;
Free of military obligation;
Having own car;
Priority will be given to candidates from Gazakh, Ganja, Beylagan, Mingachevir regions;

Roles & Responsibilities:

Researches new sales points, develops channels within own zone according to business plan;
Controls and develops  sales proceedings  (at Dealer Sales Points);
Provides distribution, arrangement of POSM (advertisement materials) considered for Sales Points of Dealer Shops, as well as arrangement of shop windows, removal of POSM on  terminated campaigns and replacement by new ones;
Controls over range and stock of materials (modem, E-voucher, SİM and scratch cards) considered for Sales points of Dealers and other shops (groceries, booths, markets and etc.);
Controls over outer appearance of illuminated outdoor advertisement banner and other advertisement materials of Nar Mobile;
Possesses updated information on products, goods and services provided by Azerfon Company;
Regularly inspects Sales Points  of Dealers and Distributors, determine category and KPİ of POSs;
Provides dealer POSs with Sales and Servicesystems through CBOSS ISP,conducts trainings for dealer employees and supports in in solving problems;
Develops Distributors and Dealers employees knowledge level and conducts trainings for them
For determined the KPİ of knowledge, prepares and conducts the quarterly examination
Supports development of Distributors’ Sales Points;
Viewing shops, offered by Distributor side as new POS, draws deliver-acceptance acts, informs about closed shops;
Conducts face to face appraisal for shops employees;
Controls over compensation to Dealers;
İnspects instructs and develops Distributor and Wholesales channels;
Controls over wholesale and consumer prices of SIM/payment cards at the market;
Feedbacks on our new products from market, prepares reports about competitors and network problems;
Controls repair process in the new shops and informs about results;
