Cost Controller

Responsibilities

• To carry out on the basis of operating compoundings, purchase prices and trading margins of accounting on production realized in the organizations of public catering.
• To define the price on released by the organization of public catering production (dishes, semi-finished products, culinary and confectionery).
• According to change of compoundings, purchase prices and trading margins to establish the prices for finished goods and to make the relevant amendments to calculation cards.
• To record calculation cards in the established form.
• To make on the basis of demands of the manager of production (chef) calculation of necessary quantity of products for preparation of dishes, semi-finished products and culinary products.
• To carry out sample of commodity reports and maintaining the operative accounting of the let-out dishes and own production.
• To write out labels of the prices to materially responsible persons.
• To take part in inventory of inventory items.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a high volume cost control function within a hotel environment
• Computer literate, with good MS Excel skills
• Strong organisational skills
• Relevant degree, in Finance/Accounting or related business discipline
• Excellent communication with the ability to interact well at all levels.
• Knowledge of MC (Material Control)
• Knowledge of Azerbaijani, English and Russian
