Duties & Responsibilities:
- Maintaining the HR personnel files and other HR databases;
- Assisting in monitoring the timekeeping of employees;
- Preparing new employee files and all relevant documentation;
- Arrange salary cards for new employees;
- Preparation of personnel orders such as sick and maternity leave, vacation, business trip, etc.;
- Preparation of labour agreements and all hiring documents;
- Filling labor books;
- Providing clerical and administrative support.
Requirements to candidate:
- Higher Education;
- 1+ years of experience in Administration;
- Practical knowledge of e-gov, emas system;
- Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
- Able to plan activities in short deadlines;
- Interpersonal with good communicative skills;
- Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages, written and verbal;
- Reports to HRM Manager
- Working hours from 08:00-17:00, 5 days a week
