Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Maintaining the HR personnel files and other HR databases;
  • Assisting in monitoring the timekeeping of employees;
  • Preparing new employee files and all relevant documentation;
  • Arrange salary cards for new employees;
  • Preparation of personnel orders such as sick and maternity leave, vacation, business trip, etc.;
  • Preparation of labour agreements and all hiring documents;
  • Filling labor books;
  • Providing clerical and administrative support.

Requirements to candidate:

  • Higher Education;
  • 1+ years of experience in Administration;
  • Practical knowledge of e-gov, emas system;
  • Organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload;
  • Able to plan activities in short deadlines;
  • Interpersonal with good communicative skills;
  • Good command of Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages, written and verbal;
  • Reports to HRM Manager
  • Working hours from 08:00-17:00, 5 days a week
