Требования:
- Опыт работы: не менее 5 лет
- Опыт работы в люксовом сегменте
- Знание французской гастрономии
- Знание Английского языка
Обязанности:
- Шеф повар должен гарантировать изготовление блюд по специальным рецептам на кухне в соответствии с требуемым качеством, сроками и количеством для кафе и внешних клиентов при соблюдении гигиены и стандартов безопасности.;
- Организовать работу и определить годовое планирование обязанностей
- Планирования на еженедельной основе в соответствии с деятельностью на кухне и рабочей нагрузки
- Контроль использования специальных методов и рецептов французской кулинарии
- Гарантия качества выпускаемой продукции
- Соблюдение установленных графиков
- Предвидеть потребности и управлять запасами
- Соблюдениe гигиены и стандартов безопасности
- Oбучение новых сотрудников

New café is announcing the vacancy for the position of Cook Chef.
Responsibilities:
-The Cook Chef has to guarantee the production of the kitchen in terms of quality, delays and quantity for the café, the stores and the external clients while respecting the hygiene and security standards, the productivity and all according to special recipes.
-Organize the work and define an annual planning for the jobs dispatching
-Adjust the planning on a weekly basis according to the kitchen activity and work load
-Control the use of special methods and recipes
- Guarantee the quality of the products made in the kitchen
-Make sure the delays and schedules are respected
-Anticipate the needs and manage the stocks
-Ensure the respect of the hygiene & security standards
-Train the new recruits according to existing culture, methods and standards
Background:
- Experience: 5 years as “chef de poste” (head chef) and or Assistant chef
- Luxury experience
- French gastronomy experience
