Main responsibilities:
- Using market research to get ideas for products that customers will want
- Helping to oversee the design and manufacture and planning how to market and promote the product to the public
- Defining product marketing communication objectives
- Comparing the company’s products to competitor’s products in order to assess competition in the market
- Providing management with analyses and reports and responding to questions and requests from management
- Specifying and overseeing the research needed to determine the needs and desires of customers
- Reviewing and adjusting inventory levels and product production schedules to maintain product availability
- Research and suggest new product development and refinements for existing products
- Contribute to product pricing strategies
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, or a related field; MBA preferred
- A minimum of 2 years experience in product management or a related field
- Exceptional analytical and conceptual thinking skills
- High level of comfort with technology and its development
- Excellent planning, organizational, problem-solving, time management, and communication skills
- Excellent documentation skills along with in-depth knowledge of product strategy
- Experience creating detailed reports and presentations to senior executives and key stakeholders
- Competency in Microsoft Office Suite
- A track record of successfully making and keeping commitments
- Fluent Azerbaijani and English and preferably Russian
