Key Accountabilities:

  • Manage all marketing & PR activity 
  • Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies
  • Monitoring the public and media's opinion of the students and customers
  • Writing and editing press releases, leaflets, brochures, speeches, newsletters
  • Organizing and participation on, conference, exhibitions, events, fairs
  • Acting as a spokesperson for the company’s brand
  • Promote CÀSÀ programs and service to potential customer
  • Developing good working relationships with the media and liaising with the press on potential news stories
  • Writing and editing in-house magazines, case studies and annual reports
  • Devising and coordinating photo opportunities
  • Work closely with Digital marketing team 
  • Measuring and reporting on the performance of all marketing campaigns
  • Responsible for corporate messaging development and distribution  
  • Be  the  last  point  of  contact  with  Company  deliverables  before  they  are published/distributed  ensuring  all  formatting,  aesthetics  and  content  are  in‐line  with Company standards and expectations 
  • Proactively generate ways to advance the Company’s brand in industry trade publications, digital media, speaking opportunities and other forms of advertising 
  • Ghost write articles on behalf of Company/key employees 
  • Manage the and implement the marketing activity for the sponsors and partners
  • Responsible for the distribution and content of e-Alert (electronic company newsletter)
  • Develop branded materials and merchandise items as needed
  • Manage  and  assist  the  team  in  maximizing  membership  potential  with  various  local, regional and national memberships, associations and affiliations 
  • Create the annual marketing plan/budget  
  • Implement the annual Marketing & PR plan  
  • Continually evaluate the public relations strategy 
  • Ensure documents and marketing materials are current, accurate and properly reflect the brand and desired messaging 
  • Meet department KPI
  • Performs other duties as assigned which are in the best interests of the Company
  • Basic skills in Digital marketing

Educational Qualifications:

  • Degree level in Marketing, BD or similar field 
  • Additional certification in Marketing, BD or PR is a plus

Work Experience:

  • Proven work experience (3 to 5 years) as a Marketingg & PR manager or similar role
  • Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English languages.
