Responsibilities:
- Managing the car rental requests of existing and new customers, transmitting price offers and managing the rental contract processes with the agreed customer
- Provide solutions to customers' demands, problems and needs regarding operational leasing
- Developing the customer portfolio by making periodic customer visits
- Design operational reporting and monthly turnover reports related to the operational leasing
- Ensuring timely completion of vehicle registrations and preparation for the customers
- Identifying systemic infrastructure issues within the scope of process improvement projects and preparing related reports
- Having an active role in every stage of process design and development related to operational leasing
What are the Required Competencies?
- Bachelor’s degree and preferably master degree
- Preferably experienced in the automotive industry, car rental or car sales
- At least 2 years of experience in sales
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively with all levels in the organization
- Positive and proactive attitude with strong communication and teamwork skills
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office programs
- Good at written and communication skills in Azerbaijan, English and Russian
- Driving license is a must
