What responsibilities does the Sales Supervisor- Short Term at Avis Azerbaijan?
- Drive the sales operations of short-term rental services, follow and control the entire operation of the rental processes in the offices.
- Carrying out activities to increase customer satisfaction and creating loyal customers in the affiliated office.
- Make researches that will increase the short-term customer potential, to develop the customer portfolio.
- To ensure that vehicles are repaired and maintained during the short-term rental service period, completing the transactions regarding damaged vehicles and reporting them to the center.
- To ensure the safety of the short term fleet.
- Transmitting business reports and competitor analysis reports regarding daily rental services to the headquarters.
- Fulfill and implement the requirements of the integrated management system and responsibilities in all procedures.
- To ensure that the processes related to all sales channels (website, ABG, Broker, etc.) work completely and correctly.
- To ensure that the status of the vehicles returning from the customer is reported to the SSH manager and Country Manager.
- Make partnership deals to increase sales revenues and manage the partnerships efficiently.
- To ensure that the correct pricing is used for different sales channels and that price updates are made when necessary.
What are the Required Qualifications?
- Bachelor’s degree from a reputable university in Finance, Business Administration, Economics or related fields
- At least +8 years of experience in sales & marketing field, min 3 years as manager
- Service sector experience is preferred (rent a car, hotel, airlines etc.)
- Strong problem solving and analytical skills
- A can-do attitude and willingness to take on challenges
- Strong collaboration and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Fluency in written and spoken English
