Project Manager MET (monitoring of electronic transactions) and Claims Work

Responsibilities:

• Organization of the work of the group for monitoring transactions and conducting claims work (in accordance with the current rules of the International Payment Systems);
• Monitoring the implementation of KPI;
• Development and implementation of training for employees (identification of problem areas, modernization / writing scripts, conducting trainings);
• Development of motivational bonus systems for project employees;
• Prompt response to the emergence of problem situations and their solution.

Requirements:

• Higher economic, financial education;
• Experience in the direction of monitoring operations or claim work in the banking sector from 1 year;
• Experience in the field of Internet acquiring of bank payment cards from 1 year;
• Knowledge of regulatory documents related to the processing of financial claims (chargeback) and the rules of MPS;
• Knowledge of English - not lower than Upper Intermediate;
• High level of responsibility, analytical thinking.

Задачи:  

• Организация работы группы по мониторингу операций и ведению претензионной работы (в соответствии с действующими правилами Международных платежных систем); 
• Контроль выполнения KPI; 
• Разработка и проведение обучения для сотрудников (выявление проблемных зон, модернизация/написание скриптов, проведение тренингов); 
• Разработка мотивационных систем премирования сотрудников проекта; 
• Оперативное реагирование на возникновение проблемных ситуаций и их решение. 

Требования: 

• Высшее экономическое, финансовое образование; 
• Опыт работы в направлении мониторинга операций или претензионная работа в банковском секторе от 1-го года; 
• Опыт работы в сфере интернет-эквайринга банковских платежных карт от 1-го года; 
• Знание нормативных документов, касающихся обработки финансовых претензий (chargeback) и правил МПС; 
• Знание английского языка - не ниже Upper Intermediate; 
• Высокий уровень ответственности, аналитический склад ума.
