What you can expect from The Role:

The role is based in Baku and reports directly to the Unica Finance Manager, with critical interaction with Regional Finance Director as well as General Manager and other Unica Leadership Team members.

The role will include the responsibilities in the following areas:

• Managing month end closing, forecasting, and reporting activities of UNICA.  
• Participating in Finance sessions in UNICA Leadership Team (LT) meetings and sharing financials and related insights with UNICA VP and other LT members. Following up actions for financial performance. Making the right interventions to keep on track and when necessary, redirecting resources as new risks and opportunities emerge.
• Full P&L responsibility in driving financial performance (including Overheads and SC Costs responsibility).
• Full CD responsibility including management of 

1. Distributor contracts, Collection performance and Overdue follow up & actions, 
2. WC performance and forecasting
3. TTS Management 

• Managing Business Case and other scenario analysis together with Marketing, and Sales teams.
• Medium and long terms Strategic Planning 
• Implementing actions for internal control compliance in TR, KZK and AZB offices together with Risk Management Team.
• Supporting Tax Team to ensure compliance in TR, KZK and AZB offices. 
• Finance business partnering mainly for Finance Director Unica, Finance Leadership Team and UNICA General Manager and CCBT members, UNICA Marketing, Supply Chain, Sales and COM teams.  
• Strategically influence senior stakeholders to deliver the global category goals.
• Leading talent and junior members of the team through coaching and career planning

Past experience in the following areas will be an advantage:

• Bachelor’s degree in relevant subject
• Professional Finance qualification: CA, CIMA, ACCA is a plus.
• Minimum 2-3 years relevant experience  
• Solid Talent/ Very Strong Leadership Competencies for a Managerial Role
• Excellent Turkish and English communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Preferably prior experience in team management and multi-country roles
• Commercial and Financial acumen is a must
• Understanding of Finance, Accounting and Customer Development
• Effective prioritizing and can-do attitude
• Great analytical power and actionable insights generation
