SOCAR-AQS LLC is a fast growing, integrated drilling and well services provider. The company is expanding its activities in platform drilling on Shallow Water Guneshli (SWG) field offshore Azerbaijan.

Contracts specialist
Key Responsibilites:
• To develop, monitor and maintain contract templates, including legal and commercial terms and conditions
• To monitor the status of contract negotiation process, keeping up to date register of contracts and tracking changes in the contract
• To monitor timely transmission of the original contract documentation
• To provide guidance to Purchasing department regarding contract related issues
• To prepare bids according to Tender requirements
• To evaluate and monitor contract performance to determine necessity for amendments or extensions of contracts, and compliance to contractual obligations
• To keep up to date with Azerbaijan and International legislation, regulations and codes of practice
Required general qualifications of the candidate:
• Higher education (legal or financial)
• At least 2 years of professional experience in contracts and tendering
• Knowledge of Azerbaijan Legislation and International contracts
• Ability to learn quickly and develop continuously
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Multilingual (Azeri, English, Russian)
• Software skills: MS Office (Word, Excel, Power Point, Microsoft Outlook)
