Job description:

The applicant will be required to work for a high end restaurant as well as banqueting services.
While training will be provided the applicant should have experience in the following practices:
- The preparation of tables quickly and efficiently, including the set up of linen, silverware and glassware.
- The greeting of guests with the appropriate language (Azeri, Russian, English) and guidance to a table.
- The presentation of menus to guests and the ability to answer questions and make recommendations.
-The presentation of a wine list and the ability to describe or recommend wines to guests.
-The taking of orders with clarity and any description to the chief/kitchen of special requests.
-The appropriate delivery and service of food and drink.
-The ability to check that guests are enjoying their meals and take corrective action if issues have been raised.
-The removal of dishes and glasses at the appropriate time from guest tables.
-The acceptance of payment.

Job requirements:

- Minimum 1 year of working experience
- Desire to work to high standard with enthusiasm
- Azeri, English and Russian languages at a good standard expected
