Excelsior Hotel Baku is looking for Spa Manager to manage AURA Health Club& SPA

Professional Background Expectations:

• 1 - 2 years previous supervisory or management experience.
• Able to fluently communicate in Russian, Azeri and English spoken and written
• Passionate to provide a memorable guest experience
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Genuine team player with a serene attitude
• Strong leadership and good presentation skills
• Highly motivated, energetic and with a great personality
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team.
• Work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Working knowledge of computer software including Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook, Internet and Spa software
• Knowledge of general health and sanitation codes.
• Experience with financial planning, budgeting, analysis, and cost controls.

Job Description

• Manage operational functions
• Manage and monitor budget and Profit & Loss review.
• Developing and implementation new products and services.
• Manage the guest service
• Manage Human Resources including;
o Creating a work environment that promotes teamwork
o Employee satisfaction
o Quality hiring and training
o Supervise and Assist Spa staff to ensure their productive work
o Be responsible for scheduling all staffs working hours and time tables
• Control expenses
• Acknowledge everyone who enters and leaves spa facilities
• Handle guests’ questions and concerns professionally and courteously
• Provide accurate, appropriate and immediate responses to all requests by guests, ensuring complete guest satisfaction.
• Be responsible for achieving sales targets
• Be responsible for processing bill payments and receipts
• Carry out spa tours and spa consultations with guests and members, giving personalized advice and promote facilities, treatments and products
• Ensure all spa areas are maintained to high standards of cleanliness
• Ensure all equipment is serviced as part of a preventative maintenance program
• Assist during spa promotions and events
• Actively promote the spa, treatments, services, sessions and retail, as well as programs, promotions and/or discounts available
• Communicate to management any and all occurrences involving staff or guests in the spa that require attention
• Monitor usage of the facilities and type of usage
• Ensure correct records are kept for member and guest visits, treatments and purchase
