Tender Specialist

İşin təsviri

The appropriate candidate for us should have:

• Bachelor’s degree (BE or BEng);
• Having at least 1-3 years of experience;
• Excellent interpersonal, persuasion and problem-solving skills;
• Good level of Microsoft Office applications;
• Excellent verbal and written communication in Azerbaijani and English languages;

Key Accountabilities:

• Review of information about demands and derivation of supply and proposal preparations;
• Clarification of bid conditions and management of the tender preparation;
• Monitoring of the bid management in order to ensure it is aligned with the organization's requirements;
• Coordination of tender reviews and deadlines and adjust them to the frameworks given by the customers;
• Developing frequent reports regarding the achievement and obstacles to be submitted to direct manager
• Generating reports as necessary / requested
• Finding new customers from the tender tracking portfolio according to the annual sales budget and providing sales support.
• Analyzing of competitor’s sales.

Additional information:

• Salary will be agreed during the interview;
• Lunch and transportation will be provided by the company;
• Working hours: Monday - Friday, 09:00 - 18:00;
• The place of work is located in Sumgayit city, HZ Tagiyev settlement.
