Senior Backend Developer (Team Leader)

Work schedule: Mon – Fri, 09:00-18:00 

Remote work available up to two days a week

Work on non-working days is paid

Final salary offer based on interview results

Personal Qualities:

• Leadership, punctuality, honesty, stress-tolerance, 
• Work experience: minimum 3 years

Responsibilities:

• Support existing code, development of new functionality, improve architecture taking into account loads and efficiency,
• Coordination and distribution of work among subordinate employees,
• Cooperate across teams,

Required Skills:

• Python / Django / Django-rest-framework, Celery
• PostgreSQL, Redis, 
• Caching, logging, log monitoring (ELK stack)
• Code testing and debugging knowledge
• Understanding of load balancing, high availability and microservice architecture 
• Knowledge of pandas, concurrency and parallelizm, gives an advantage to the candidate
