Required Skills:

We are hiring candidates with a technical background - who can primarily demonstrate talent  and aptitude, with a deep passion for research and development in data analytics and data science. 

• Confident coding skills in Python and knowledge of programming principles BSc. /MSc. /PhD in STEM or Economics/Finance 
• Strong analytical skills
• Knowledge of Probability and Statistics
• Proficient English (Reading/Writing/Speaking)
• Soft skills – flexible problem solving, self-motivation, good team skills, good communication skills, conscientious, tenacious 
• Ability to collaborate, learn fast and grasp complex topics and structures 

Beneficial Skills:

• Knowledge of Probability and Statistics, especially Bayesian Statistics
• Knowledge of NumPy and Pandas 
• Knowledge of Econometric Modelling (Market Mixed Modelling aka. MMM)
• Understanding of code & resource optimization
• Knowledge of Snowflake, Apache Airflow, Apache Nifi, CloverDX
