Duty Station: Baku 

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration or a related field

Knowledge and skills:   High level of business English and Russian, well versed in local and international requirements for logistic, trade and customs operations and Incoterms 2020 standards, good planning, scheduling and time management skills, proficient with MS Word, Excel, Outlook, past experience with ERP systems.                                          

Experience: Min. 5 years proven experience in logistics or supply chain management preferable in Oil & Gas industry

Duties:

• Performs variety of duties to support materials shipping from / to in-county and oversees locations, ensures equipment or supplies arrive on time to the correct customer.
• Creates shipping documentation, maintains shipment files, issues reports, and responds to customer inquiries regarding status of shipments, liaisons with transportation specialists, inspectors, and customs authorities.
• Coordinates pick-up and delivery schedules, checks in/out trucks and ensure completion of paperwork as well as accurately record the data into the designated information system (ERP). 
• Performs recordkeeping duties related to the supply base operations, examines material delivered to the supply base to verify conformance to specifications.
• Coordinates and expedite flow of materials, parts, and assemblies between sections or departments, according to production and shipping schedules or department priorities, and compiles and maintains manual or computerized records. 
• Compiles and maintain manual or computerized records, such as material inventory, status and location of materials, 
• Coordinates with suppliers to place orders for items that are out of stock or need to be replenished
• Tracks the movement of goods through the supply chain using computer software or paperwork systems
• Scheduling deliveries and pickups of goods to ensure they arrive on time
