Job Title: Business Development Manager

Having joined "Synergy Group" in 2011 SayberNet strengthened its operations as a leading IT solutions provider to a number of government and private institutions. SayberNet has contributed significantly to development and implementation of various e-government services. Automated Tax Information System (AVIS), “One-stop-shop” for business registration, e-tax services for entrepreneurs, e-tax audit, information system of cadastre of immovable property, automated documentation system for the State Committee of Property, as well as e-government information system for the Ministry of Communication and Information Technologies are just a few examples of many successful projects developed by SayberNet.
Key Responsibilities
· Investigate the economic conditions surrounding business activity such as industry trends and competition;
· Prepare the Business Development and Work Plan; Define and follow up of yearly targets and objectives;
· Secure sufficient financial resources for future development or expansion;
· Contact professional advisors, partners and donors. Network with other businesspeople;
· Develop a situation analysis including company’s strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threats to assist in the development of a strategic plan for the future of the business;
· Develop and implement strategies for new products and services;
· Determine new opportunities by analyzing business needs;
· Identify trendsetter ideas by researching industry and related events, publications, and announcements; tracking individual contributors and their accomplishments;
· Locate and propose potential business deals by contacting potential partners; discovering and exploring opportunities;
· Screen potential business deals by analyzing market strategies, deal requirements, potential, and financials; evaluating options; resolving internal priorities; recommending equity investments;
· Develop negotiating strategies and positions by studying integration of new venture with company strategies and operations; examining risks and potentials; estimating partners' needs and goals;
· Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments;
· Pro-actively hunt for target organizations and establish communications with those businesses that can benefit from SayberNet’s services;
· Develop and manage marketing tools and collateral for existing and new clients;
· Forecast long and short-range market potential for management’s analysis.
Requirements:
· Minimum 3 years of experience at similar position;
· Graduate from Marketing, Business Management, Economics or corresponding;
· Fluent in Azerbaijan, English and Russian;
· High level computer, communication and presentation skills;
