II .- MISSION

• Represent Company in Azerbaijan, ensuring the market intelligence and proposing commercial strategies
• Assist the local Distributor and work closely with him to develop the sales with all potential customers in the country in line with Company Strategy
• Develop introductions of our ingredients and concepts to existing and new customers in order to start the business in the country.
• Ensure the growth in terms of sales, profits and customers base by developing the sales strategy and actively promoting the Company product lines with clear priorities.

III.- KEY TASKS

1.  Represent exclusively the Company brands in the market
2.  Manage existing customers’ base.
3.  Enlarge customers’ base through active prospection.
4.  Work well together and Develop long term partnership relations with the Distributor and customers. Therefore, inspire and coordinate team work with technical, marketing & supply chain team.
5.  Plan and organize your weekly activities according to the number of customers to visit and to the objectives to be reached.
6.  Report regularly (weekly) your activities (visits, activities, results, market conditions, customers’ product and service needs, competitive activities).
7.  Provide information and services required in the sales process – with the support of regional organization and Company HQ.

- A good personality and attitude : honest, open-minded, diplomat, precise, team player.
- Self starter & Independent. Persevering person, not afraid of prospecting.
- Successful commercial experience, preferably in the food or in B2B environment (animation of commercial network).
- Ability to build Product and range knowledge (technical aspects).
- Customer minded.
- Knowledge of the English language. Good communicator.
- Enthusiastic, dynamic, flexible and result–oriented.
