“Azman Co” is the official distributer of the brand “Harley Davidson” in Baku. “Azman Co” was officially registered in June 2008. Its provides customers with some well-known European and American motorcycle, clothing and accessories brands. Azman Co produces heavyweight custom, cruiser and touring motorcycles and offers a complete line of Harley-Davidson motorcycle parts, accessories, riding gear and apparel, and general merchandise.
Responsible for the development and performance of all  auto-moto sales activities and directs a sales team and provides leadership towards the achievement of maximum profitability and growth in line with company vision and values. Establishes plans and strategies to expand the customer base in the marketing area.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of experience (preferable in automotive (motorcycle) sales)
• Age – 30-40
• Fluent in English, Azeri, Russian  languages
• Advanced computer user
• Ability to provide strategic planning for the effective movement of goods
• Logical Thinking

• Proven experience in customer and market research
• Business or marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
• Analytical skills
• MBA Degree and foreign education is preferable
• Recommendation Letter from previous job.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for the organization's consistent achievement of its mission and financial objectives
• Organize and control  all of the  before and after sales process .
• Attracting new clients.
• Development of optimum schemes of delivery of goods (raw materials, equipment), the timing and price of delivery, control over the process of delivery, settlement of disputes with suppliers, transporters and receivers
•  Certification and registration of products.
• The development of optimal schemes and organization of storage of goods, supervision of warehouses, storage conditions, shelf life and delivery of goods
• Planning  the necessary amount and timing of delivery customers (buyers and regional offices), monitor the implementation of the necessary amounts, terms and conditions of delivery
