Preparation of documents required for AS-IS/TO-BE implementations
Adaptation, improvement of requirements coming from SAP FI module and its implementation
Supporting and training of SAP FI module users.
Support and Maintain – Day to day management, maintenance, and configuration of the SAP FI solutions, ensuring service levels are exceeded.
Governance – Ensure regular system audits are performed, prepare for upgrades, and manage integrations
Enhance and improve –Working closely with the Product owner, Project Delivery teams and Business Owners to ensure the system is delivering operational excellence and meets our evolving business needs
Service relationships – Build relationships with key suppliers in the SAP ecosystem and the wider Group IT function, Data Analytics team, Finance and Accounting Team, Retail business, Commercial, Supply Chain and Procurement
Requirements:
University degree (preferably in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration, Informatics, Management Information Systems, etc.).
At least one full end-to-end project implementation and 3 active project involving of SAP.
At least 3 years of experience and competency in SAP FI module, with experience in the following topics:
Account payable/receivable; General Ledger; Bank accounting
Other systems integration (3rd party WM and Purchasing System)
Preferably experienced in integration of other SAP modules (SD, MM).
SDLC; STLC; Relational Database knowledge
English language skills
Excellent command of spoken and written English, especially in field of SAP implementations
