Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in finance-related field (Accounting/Finance/Business Administration/Economics)
- Sound progress in global finance qualifications (ACCA/CFA/CFP/CMA etc.).
Experience:
- Financial and managerial accounting;
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in the professional financial management services (finance / regulatory / coordinating).
Skills:
- Advanced Azerbaijani / English, Intermediate Russian language skills;
- Advanced MS Office skills;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- Ability to build and maintain consensus with business partners in a professional demeanor to achieve goals;
- Effective communication skills in dealing with stakeholders;
- Ability to work independently, multitasking and work under pressure;
- Self-motivation and continuous development.
Job summary:
- Finance Consultant will provide premium level of financial guidance, support, and coordination in the consistent and effective controlling of the company.
Key responsibilities:
- Develop managerial reports for internal and external stakeholders;
- Support and consult company for the effective financial management of the company;
- Monitor and improve finance metrics;
- Liaise with auditors and consultants;
- Cash management and cash flow forecasting;
- Manage billing and cash calls;
- Manage payments to and from stakeholders;
- Ensuring compliance with financial regulation;
- Oversee organizational communicative scheduling;
- Prepare and monitor financial policies and procedures.

- State Oil Fund of the Republic of Azerbaijan;
- State Oil Company of the Azerbaijan Republic;
- Caspian Drilling Company;
