Operations Manager

Your daily adventures will include:

• Support all export operations from Baku.
• Prepare all needed certificates on time (FITO, CT-1, CMR and etc.) to develop a strong relationship with our partners and we are always trying to improve the process
• Develop and execute strategies to keep the churning rate at minimum levels
• Input all relevant data in 1C accounting software (УТ 11.4)
• File export customs declarations when needed
• Process shipments, issue transport documents, review export paperwork.

We are looking for:

• You have minimum 1 years experience
• You have a data-driven analytical mindset (Excel skills are a plus)
• You're a hustler, not stopping after 20 obstacles a day
• You have excellent spoken and written Russian and Azeri, English or any other language is plus.
• You're passionate about new technologies and ride-sharing
• You’re very good at 1C.

Salary: 800 AZN.

Schedule: Monday-Friday (09:00-18:00), Saturday is short day.
