Manage financial reporting processes for customers, distributors, and sales channels;
Partner with the Commercial Finance, Sales and Marketing teams for new product launch analysis;
Develop new reporting and analysis tools to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of monitoring financial performance as well as improving the performance of customer and product-based profitability analysis;
Deep dive analysis to improve SKU profitability in a sustainable way with long-term vision;
Carry out the profitability analysis and control of promotion plans and their compatibility with the Chart of Authority;
Partner with the Sales Teams to analyze and seek for opportunities in the Customer Contract Management process. Conduct scenario analysis with the team to optimize the contract efficiency;
Lead the financial processes for customer & channel based Business Plan and Forecasting activities;
Invest in digitalization of processes via participating in current projects and/or proposing innovative developments;
Prepare presentations to leadership team in the area of expertise to support decision making.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in finance, business administration or a related field
Advanced level of Azerbaijani and English
Advanced knowledge of Excel (SAP is an advantage)
At least 4 years’ of experience in the field of finance
Advanced financial knowledge
Strong interpersonal skills, and good cross-team leadership abilities
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills
Strong strategic thinking and planning skills
Sound negotiation
Preferred education qualifications: CMA, CFA, etc.
