Responsibilities:

  • General Administrative task
  • Admin document control
  • Day to day operation through the company’s job control system (Quote to Invoice) for general items
  • Responsible to liaise with the customers for goods arrival and dispatch  
  • Monitoring and re-ordering all consumable machine shop tools
  • Assist in the development and implantation of goals, policies, priorities and procedures relating to administration, job process control, costing and customer contact
  • Ensure compliance to Company policies, procedures and directives
  • Implement internal controls to adequately support existing processes of the company
  • Ensure implementation of adequate controls to minimize incidence of missed costs
  • Involvement in general inventory control processes as required by company management

Competency Requirements:

  • High School or Equivalent
  • 2 Years Experience in Administration Environment
  • Computer literature in MS Office.
  • Knowledge of office administrations 
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Computer skills including the ability to operate spreadsheet and word processing programs.
  • English speaking skills.
