Job title PS Core and QOS Development Engineer

Accountabilities 

Perform planning, development, management, configuration, optimization of main core nodes of the switching network: SGSN, GGSN. and associated system servers, databases, applications and services.
Perform planning, development, management, configuration, optimization of QOS characteristics and performance on main core nodes of the PS network SGSN, GGSN, and associated mobile network elements - PCU, RNC, 1II. R. PCRİ', PCKF.
QOS end-to-end design and handling on PS Core network elements arid mobile network radio and core nodes.
Implementation of basic plans - numbering plan, signaling, routing, synchronization. Implement traffic interconnection : internal, external with other operators, roaming partners. Provide technical support in implementation of new services. Plan Software Upgrades of network nodes. Pan Application System Verification. Fallout management of new software releases. Manage PS network elements and capacity and QOS exchange data
Controlling the capacity of the PS Core Network elements.
GSM/GPRS/UMTS/LTE Interconnection topology handling.
To coordinate and updating PS Core Development Team Leader engineer with current status of the daily regular tasks and projects.  Prepare system and interlace specifications, user guides and help documentation.

Education

Bachelor or Master’s Degree at Telecommunication or IT.
Languages English, Russian, Azerbaijan
Computer Skills Word, Excel, Outlook – Advanced, TCP/IP, GSM Net, Signaling – Intermediate.
