Specific job skills:

Presentation skills, orientation towards innovation and digitalization, creativity is a plus
Good planning and organization skills
Well spoken and written English, preferable also Russian
Demonstrated experience in developing marketing strategies and plans
Experience in managing significant budgets
Excellent problem-solving skills

Responsibilities:

Accountable for the production and delivery of a strategic marketing plan and budget, from awareness through to sales, meeting annual targets and delivering on year on year improvement in performance.
Develop and implement SEO, SEM, ASO, Affiliate and Media planning strategies and plans.
Design, build and maintain our social media presence
Develop a website traffic plan and create strategies to increase online traffic.
Accountable for the partnership and performance of marketing & media agencies in delivering a marketing plan to achieve targets.
Prepare accurate reports on our marketing campaigns and acquisition’s overall performance.
Work closely with the Customer Engagement, Product and UI/UX teams to produce and execute an integrated strategy and optimized customer journey across all channels rooted in insight with measurable KPI's.
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
