Requirements:
- High school diploma
- 2+ experience in related field
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Enthusiasm, resourcefulness, confidence, commercial awareness
- Numerical, team working and organizational skills.
Day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Full control of instore display for all products;
- Timely instore activation when new product launches;
- Differentiate the stores according to the model sales and draw necessary conclusions;
- POP Materials and In-store communication selection and production;
- Maintain optimal level of marketing materials in marketing warehouse and make on-time deliveries to shops based on demand;
- Managing and optimizing the retail route and shop management and grading;
- Managing the in-store retail assets
- Understanding of shop opening procedures;
