Job Requirements:
- Master's degree in a related field preferred;
- 3 year work experience as a business development in the same area required;
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), 1C;
- Fluency in Azerbaijani, Russian and English ;
Job Responsibilities:
- Developing business plans with the assigned accounts
- Designing and developing strategic development strategies and plans
- Conducting complex analysis in order to find new market opportunities
- Investigating existing products and services and compare them with competitors
- Suggesting measures for improving customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Handling business deals operations and activities
- Overseeing the implementation of different contracts
- Building, encouraging and maintaining long-term relationships with key stakeholders
- Creating and presenting a detailed report for upper management
- Developing in-depth knowledge of company offerings to identify profitable business opportunities
- Researching emerging molecules and recommending new company offerings to satisfy customer’ needs
- Developing and managing strategic partnerships to grow business
- Presenting business or marketing opportunities to company executives and managementArranging business meetings with actual and potential partners
