• We are looking for an experienced,  creative and dedicated Product Manager to join our new and growing technical team in Tel-Aviv and own our hospitality management system.

• As a Product Manager you will communicate and work closely with all areas of the company - Product, Operations, Marketing and Growth.
• You will be working closely with the VP Product, VP Engineering, R&D team, operations  and designers to innovate and execute product initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Creating user-centered designs by understanding business requirements, and user feedback
• Creating user flows, wireframes, prototypes and mockups
• Translating requirements into style guides, design systems, design patterns and attractive user interfaces
• Perform research on product technologies and structures to implement into design concepts
• Maintain up to date on current industry trends and market conditions
• Designing UI elements such as input controls, navigational components and informational components
• Creating original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
• Identifying and troubleshooting UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
• Collaborating effectively with product, engineering, and management teams
• Incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into design in order to enhance user experience
• 3+ years of relevant work experience as a product designer
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills (English must; Spanish advantage)
• Excellent eye for aesthetic design and customer appeal
• Time-management skills and deadline-oriented
• Artistic and innovative flair
• Pixel-perfect with attention to details
• Meticulous and diligent
• Strong knowledge of the industry and market trends
