Job title Head of Project Coordination Sub Unit

Accountabilities 

Support driving the delivery of IT projects/requests to time, quality and budget criteria
Gather requirements;
Communicate status of project/ requests to all the stakeholders;
Respond to issues, action points, and executive requests;
Develop reports and trackers per specific project/ requests;
Ensure that all project/ requests related documentation is properly reviewed by affected business representatives;
Help in implementing new processes and procedures as well as enforcing working templates for all documentation;
Follow to all Company operational procedures and the instructions connected with activity of the concerned department;
Cooperate in determining benchmark figures for project implementation and decision documents for project release; 
Produce technical, business and economic feasibility studies for project ideas;
Plan project progress (define sub goals, milestones and tasks, time and resource planning);
Monitor project progress and success (assess risks and hazards to the success of the project and take appropriate measures for avoidance);
Analyze and process the project experiences (best/worst practice);
Document project progress (project file, project log) 
Present and document interim results, cooperate with management, customers and steering committees, carry out reviews. 
Hand over project results, draw up final project report.
Day to day reporting to the CM and PC Head of Unit regarding all issues and cooperation with other departments for having updated information
Monitoring the implementation of new processes and procedures within departments and functions
Suggest changes and improvements in the processes as well as optimal solution for most efficient inter department communication
Review of all test, training and implementation statistics and verify with business data in the reports


Education 

Master degree in Information technologies or related
Prince2 or PMP certification

Experience

2 years’ experience in similar position
Participation in implementation of IT project, software or application

Languages 

Good knowledge of  English
Good knowledge of  Russian will be an advantage
Fluent in Azeri

Computer skills 

Advanced computer knowledge in MS Office
Computer literacy
Abilities Knowledge of MO product portfolio and overall Telecommunication market in Azerbaijan
Highly organized
To be methodical in work and have good attention to details
Ability to work under pressure and to deadlines
Communication skills
