Key Accountabilities:

• Architectural drawings revision after leasing reconstruction. (Shop division or combining) 
• Giving suggestion when architectural reconstruction (dimension and material choice) 
• Technical Reading of shopping malls leasing architectural layouts. 
• Archiving of all project of malls such as final drawings. 
• Follow up and reporting status of lease maps under constructions. 
• Selecting and sending LOD documents that finding from handover archive of each mall. 
• Selecting and sending MEP drawings that finding from handover archive of each mall. 
• Recording and archiving of test reports after final fit-out inspections
• Regular site visits of malls and assist developing of retail areas
• Support Retail Delivery Team with technical issues using CAD software programs
• Reviewing Tenants’ design drawings and specification

Essential Education: A bachelor’s degree in Architecture 

Essential Criteria:

• Minimum 2 years of experience of an architectural practice 
• Good communication skills Azeri & English (Russian is a plus) to communicate with internal and external stakeholders  
• Experience in computer-aided design and drafting (CAD), preferrable 3D modelling
• Ability to work well in a team and on your own
