A food processing company is looking for
Finance Manager

Department: Finance
Reports to The Board of Directors
 
Cooperates with:
• Production department
• Warehouse
• Sales and Marketing department
• Purchasing department
• Office manager

General purpose
Finance manager shall manage the work in the finance department and ensure correct and timely presentation of required information.

Main tasks and responsibilities:
• providing and interpreting financial information;
• monitoring and interpreting cash flows and predicting future trends;
• analyzing change and advising accordingly;
• formulating strategic and long-term business plans;
• researching and reporting on factors influencing business performance;
• developing financial management mechanisms that minimize financial risk;
• conducting reviews and evaluations for cost-reduction opportunities;
• managing a company's financial accounting, monitoring and reporting systems;
• liaising with auditors to ensure annual monitoring is carried out;
• developing external relationships with appropriate contacts, e.g. auditors, solicitors, bankers and statutory organizations producing accurate financial reports to specific deadlines;
• preparing and managing budgets;
• arranging new sources of finance for a company's debt facilities; supervising staff;
• keeping abreast of changes in financial regulations and legislation.

Education & work experience
• Higher education in Finance, certification of professional bodies like CIMA, ACCA, etc is highly preferred
• Work experience in a related field

Key skills, personal qualities and abilities
• IFRS knowledge
• Knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English languages is required
• Excellent Excel skills
• Accuracy and critical thinking
• Analytical set of mind
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
