Main activities:

• Build regular and ad hoc reports consolidating different data sources collaborating with business departments
• Discover and share new insights from data to support the business departments
• Visualize the data with easily understandable and business friendly graphs
• Forecast future events like sales, survival or churn time, churn rate, potential value etc.
• Build response models to predict likelihood of response to the targeted campaigns

Skills and qualifications required:

• Good interpretation skills of customer behavior through data driven approach
• Degree in a quantitative field (e.g., computer science, statistics, economics etc.)
• At least two years of experience as BI specialist, data analyst or related positions
• SQL querying (T SQL or PL SQL)
• Experience in reports visualization, insights in BI tools (preferably Power BI)
• Knowledge of statistical programming languages like R, SPSS, Python is an advantage
• Knowledge and ability to interpretate a central tendency, spread measures and regression
• Passion to discover new insights from customer behaviour data
• Business acumen
• Creative and data driven mindset
• Detail oriented
• Eagerness to learn new tools and skills
• Interest in sport and virtual games is preferred
