Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Create and build strong relationships with our customers and sales representatives.
- Manage and review open orders proactively for internal and external customers.
- Proactive communication with internal and external customers.
- Evaluate reoccurring issues by determining the root cause and implementing action plans to resolve the issue.
- Proactively analyze reports to identify customer opportunities and ensure effective order management.
- Generate leads and identify opportunities to up-sell and cross sell to customers.
- Respond to incoming requests promptly.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure on time delivery of orders.
- Quote prices to internal and external customers on inquiries.
- Receive and respond to inquiries from customers, field sales and internal associates in regard to order status, products, pricing and promotions.
- Coordinate required distribution activities and notify customers regarding order fulfillment
- Enter orders and other forms of specific product or customer information.
- Interface with expediter, credit, product standards, warehouses, plant personnel to check deliveries on orders and quotations.
- Be easy to do business with internal and external customers.
Qualifications:
- A bachelor's degree or higher.
- Relative experience up to 2 years
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook), knowledge of 1C
- Understanding of contract terminology, competitive bids, purchase orders, and vendor relationship management
- Language skills: German (fluent), English (fluent), Russian (fluent).

Working schedule:
- Monday- Friday: 9:00 - 17:00
- Saturday: 9.00. – 14.00
