Gobustan Operating Company Ltd. Azerbaijan Representative Office is announcing a vacancy for Administrative Assistant position.

Duties and responsibilities:

• Work closely with Senior GOC Management to provide administrative support for efficient office functions
• Answering telephone calls, handling faxes, post and courier
• Keep registries of incoming/outgoing mail, invoices
• Book and manage air tickets, hotel reservations, visas for employees and contractors
• Maintain inventory of office supplies and equipment

Qualifications and skills:

• Fluent verbal and written communication in English, Russian, and Azeri languages
• Accurate proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Possess professional telephone etiquette
• Independent thinking and decision making ability, be able to take initiative
• Minimum five years secretarial experience with a minimum of 3 years working with a senior-level executive
