Gobustan Operating Company Ltd. is looking for Administrative Assistant to join our Azerbaijan Representative office team.
 
Responsibilities
 
•         Report directly to President of an international company in Baku office
•         Provide personal administrative support and assistance to executive staff
•         Responsible for the organization and coordination of office operations
 
Required Qualifications and Experience
 
•             University degree
•             Fluent communication in English/Azeri/Russian
•             Accurate typing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office
•             Secretarial experience working with a senior-level executive
•             Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and verbal/written communication skills
•             Proven ability to work both independently and in a team environment with a flexible, positive demeanor
•             Capacity to make decisions and work under pressure, with considerable discretion, judgment and tact
•             Ability to manage multiple priorities with a high level of professionalism and accuracy
