Warehouseman / Material Controller

Responsibilities:

• Control General  Company  warehouse stocks,  issue and receive General materials/tools 
• Company Stock movement (incoming/outgoing) registration 
• Inspect all  General materials/tools and make sure they are in proper condition
• Maintain hand tools, keep tracking all issued/received  vehicle parts 
• Establishment of warehouse management system 
• Keep inventory of all critical items and generate requisitions for purchase of same ones
• Goods allocation and Warehouse housekeeping
• To reconcile what items are ordered with ones which are delivered
• Generate requisitions for consumable items
• Reconciliation of warehouse/stock balance with Accounting Department
• Assisting Procurement Department in generation of requisitions and coordinating with suppliers for delivery
• Report to management in case of any damage / failure in any asset

Qualifications:

• Technical educational background or experience in technical field
• Relevant experience  (foreign commercial companies preferable)
• Good knowledge of spare parts / materials 
• Good communication and inter-personal skills. Good team working skills 
• Upper-Intermediate level of spoken and written English language.
• Operational level computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadline.

Location of work: Garadagh distr., Sahil settl.
Report to: Director / Procurement Coordinator
Salary:  800 AZN net
