Requirements:

- Strong Project Management skills.
- Technical background(at least 5 years of on-job experience/expertise in Billing and VAS systems).
- Proven track records, at least 2 successful delivery of Billing swap projects in Mobile Telecom Company (as PM/TPM).
- Contacts of references to be provided (from both: Vendor and operator side).
- Strong communication skills (good language skills – excellent possession of one of the English/Russian/Turkish set is mandatory).
- Strong presentation skills.
- Good Team Player.
- Proven technical background in telecom.
- Good knowledge of billing systems
- Leadership and management skills
- Ability to work under pressure

Responsibilities:

- Create, design and develop project management processes ensuring high quality standards.
- Direct and support technical teams in designing, executing and implementing of projects.
- Assess, review and resolve problems arising in execution of projects.
- Manage resources, budgets and allocations for the project within the project parameters.
- Ensure completion of projects in a timely manner and within the budget limits.
- Manage official correspondence and interact with contractors and project executors.
- Evaluate, assess and improvise chain of command and protocol to ensure smooth execution of the project.
- Ensure compliance of the project with the established standards and procedures of the company.
- Maintain and update project related databases in a timely manner.
- Maintain and manage inventories.
- Enforce work standards in compliance with the best practices, standards and procedures of the company.
