JOB Description – OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR
An office administrator provides clerical and administrative support in an office environment, often providing support to management.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Maintains office services by organizing office operations and procedures;
2. reviewing and approving supply requisitions;
3. assigning and monitoring clerical functions;
4. controlling correspondence, designing filing systems;
5. Greet visitors and guests of Company, handle their inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate persons according to their needs;
6. Provide Reports, data base as required;
7. Arrange visa registration process, organize all travel, hotel and transportation, etc. for Company’s guests and employees; 
8. Conduct searches to find needed information, using such sources as the Internet, mail room: dispatch/receipt;
9. Research, analysis and  ongoing work and communication with various suppliers of various services and solutions for administrative and office needs;
10. Arrangement and monitoring any minor or major repair works to be required for office maintenance;
11. Various administrative assignments and tasks in regards of office.

Qualifications and requirements:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Administration and related fields
• 4-5 years experience in Administration
• good communication and organizational skills
• ability to work independently are also important to the role
• multitasking is often required and is an integral part of the job when offering administrative support to a number of managers or departments.
• proven, solid Excel, Word and other program skills
• knowledge of Azeri, Russian and English
