Regional Manager

Requirements:

• Five or more years of professional work experience in social work or development programs for international organizations;
• At least three years of experience in managing projects including planning, reporting, and supervising staff;
• Good knowledge of the target region;
• Good understanding of programs that work on regional socio-economic development;
• Good understanding of civil society and community development initiatives in Azerbaijan;
• Experience in overseeing/assisting in supervision of women empowerment and youth engagement activities as well as the experience in working on development projects to support people with disabilities (PWD) in rural communities is an advantage;
• Strong management skills, a self-starter, and very well organized;
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
• University degree in political science, economics, social science, or other related fields;
• Fluent in written and oral Azerbaijani and working knowledge of English languages;
• Valid driving license (B category) and driving experience are the advantage.
