Duties:

• Manage all IT infrastructure of the company, inculding software and hardware means, all communication means, internet etc
• Develop and implement necessary IT solutions and policies to support operational acrivity in the company  
• Integrate new technological equipment and software for better IT performance
• Improve company's IT infrustructure to optimize business operations based on cost efficiency and savvy spendings
• Manage and develop IT staff to bring the qualification of each employee to position requirments

• Security System
• Software/ERP
• Mobile technology,Cloud technology
• Business Administartion

Professional knowledge:

• Professional knowledge of how the best apply  IT means to support the company's comeptetive advantage
• Understanding in business workflows and genral principles of management in organisation.
• Knowledge of IT infrustructure  strategic management 
• Project Management knowledge
• Ability to manage interactions of the company's IT infrustructure with external  IT resources
• Knowledge in Business Administration
• Knowledge of the latest technology concepts and applications at a high level.

Education:

• University degree in Information Technologies, Engineering or in any related field
• Relevant certificates or qualification in IT are desirable

Work Experience:

• At least 10 years of experience in IT filed
• At least 5 years of experience in IT managerial position
• Experience in IT position at Retail Industry would be an advantage
