Delivering tax compliance and accounting management engagements;
Providing tax technical advice relevant to business issues and opportunities;
Providing tax technical input for audit of tax;
Supporting clients with their group/statutory Tax Reporting needs;
Developing and maintaining client relationships across a portfolio of clients;
Advising clients on driving efficiency through the compliance process, improving controls, and leveraging technology;
Advising clients on the tax and tax accounting implications of new legislation;
Responding to client requests for ad hoc technical advice;
Excellent interpersonal skills with strong oral and written communication skills. Communicates with impact, in a way that is open, honest, consistent and clear;
Coaching and developing junior members of staff.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or other related field required..
Minimum 3-5 years of relevant tax experience.
Ability to research, learn and analyze applicable tax law rules and regulations.
Good knowledge of 1C (other accounting software is an advantage)
Strong organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
Fluent in Azerbaijani and English
Progress ACCA/CIMA/CFA or other similar professional designation preferred.;
Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong computer skills with ability to master new systems quickly.
