International Oil & Gas Firm is looking for experienced and motivated candidates for the QC Inspector position.
This position ensures the quality of delivered equipment; aftermarket services are maintained to the requirements of Company, the customer and applicable standards.

Job description:

• Inspect works in-progress, finished products, and/or purchased materials for conformance to specifications
• Visual inspection on all received and outgoing equipment.
• Dimensional inspection will be required occasionally.
• Prepares and maintains reports, records and documentation of inspection acceptance, rejection, and/or re-work requirements
• Review quality plans & procedures
• Responsible for all measuring and test equipment, ensuring current calibration and calibration labels affixed to each piece prior to use.
• Responsible for coordinating outsource/in-house equipment due for calibration
• Ensure Compliance with companies HSE standards
• Preparation of Sub Assembly sheets & Local Equipment Verification Procedures

Job Requirements/ Qualifications:

• Five (5) years of oil & gas related experience to include inspection and/or machining.
• Advanced knowledge of inspection processes.
• Ability to adequately read and interpret quality control plans & procedures, machine & assembly drawings.
• Select and accurately use and set/calibrate inspection gauges/tools.
• Working knowledge of wellhead equipment. (Preferred)
• Strong communication skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English.                                                                                                                                                                                            
• High attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills.
• Competent computer skills.
• SAP experience (Preferred)
• Has a clearly demonstrated strong engineering competence.
• Ability to work within a diverse cultural environment
