Position: Electrician

Qualifications & Experience:

Education:                            Technical education
Work Experience:                   Must have Minimum 2 years Offshore experience(on ships or rigs)                                
Certificate:                       Valid “STCW 95”                         

Knowledge of Languages:       English (good), Azerbaijani (fluent)

Familiar with Offshore Knuckle Boom Crane electric and electronics (troubleshooting and repairs), Electric Power distribution systems.
Experience with Cummins QSK Engines electronic is preferable, but not is must.

Responsibilities:

Carries out electrical maintenance work on machines and systems in compliance with the directives of the Section Leader. Ensures the respect of safety and quality procedures and regulations.
Carries out high-priority work related to equipment breakdowns in order to make equipment safe and restores correct operating conditions.

2) Carries out maintenance and initial work on electrical systems.
3) Ensures the respect of Safety regulations.
4) Ensure compliance with Company permit to work system, isolation standards.
5) Some knowledge of generators 440v 60Hz is required
6) Sound knowledge of electronics and fault finding.
7) Maintaining the electronics in the 60te Hydramarine knuckle boom crane.
8) Assisting the mechanical tradesman as required.
