Key Accountabilities:

• Risk Management Framework development and its implementation in Non-Finance Businesses
• Development of Risk Appetite Framework and its implementation in Non-Finance Businesses
• Development of Risk Management reporting, its consolidation and analysing
• Development of strong relationship with Risk Analysts of the Non-Finance Businesses by addressing issues/concerns in timely manner
• Building risk awareness among Non-Finance Businesses by providing support and trainings
• Coordination of integration Risk Management practices into processes, systems and culture of the Strategic Assets
• Coordination Regular Risk Control Self Assessments (RCSA) process within the Strategic Assets, consolidate and analyse results of the process
• Monitoring of implementation mitigation/action plans provided by Strategic Assets
• Coordination development of Incident Management System and loss database in Strategic Assets
• Participation in Group wide projects

Required background:

• Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Economics, Finance or any other-related discipline
• Risk management qualification such- as FRM or PRM
• 4+ years of experience working in Risk Management

Required skills:

• Good written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate confidently at all levels and influence others to achieve results
• To be able to formulate analyses into clear recommendations
• Possess outstanding interpersonal skills to build credible relationships with senior stakeholders across the businesses
• Proven professional ethics and integrity
• Strong negotiations, conflict resolution and management skills
• Ability to quickly build strong rapport and relationships with internal process partners
• Proficiency in the use of MS Office Suite
• Fluency in English, Azerbaijani and Russian
