DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Maintain and update the customers’ relationships; build sustainable business partnerships with new customers.
• Organize local-level sales strategy and ensure fulfilment of plans by actively promoting the company products through the distributors, state healthcare organizations, medical institutions, pharmaceutical supply chains, hospitals as approved.
• Establish and stimulate communication to create strong relations between key clients and Medical Reps/Area Manager.
• Prepare a strategic action plan to improve client results in cooperation with Area Managers. Negotiating contracts with the client and establishing a timeline of performance
• Establish and oversee internal budgets with the company and external budgets with the client.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize profit by up-selling or cross-selling.
• Plan and present reports on account progress, goals, and quarterly initiatives to share with team members, stakeholders, and possible use in future case studies or company training.
• Meeting all client needs and deliverables according to proposed timelines.
• Analyze client data to provide customer relationship management.
• Expand relationships and bringing in new client.
• Maintain all sales related information in the company’s CRM on an up-to-date basis, including leads, accounts, opportunities, and sales funnel management.
• Prepare qualified and timely reports as required by Company procedures and management.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS:
• Bachelor's degree inbusiness administration/management/otherfield (medicine, pharmacy/life sciences)
• Minimum 3 yearsof successful sales experience ofcollaborating with high performance teams,preferably in pharmaceutical/medical or FMCG areas.
• Advanced communication and demonstrated account cultivation skills, including value chain management, implementation of complex and strategic selling methods, effective negotiation and closing techniques.
• Ability to effectively manage priorities and decisions in a rapidly changing commercial environment.

• Excellent verbal, analytical and presentation skills
• Knowledge of English is a must; Russian is an advantage
• Valid driver's license
