Responsibilities:
• Help with accounts receivable, payable, and bank statement reconciliation
• Support the payment processing team
• Assist with data entry
• Performing administrative duties such as preparing invoices and updating accounting files, as and when required
• Assisting in filing
• Issuing invoices for clients
• Assist in performing account reconciliations
• Other adhoc tasks
Requirements:
• 4 years student or graduate with Finance background
• Knowledge of Azeri, English and Russian;
• Quick learner;
• Proficient user of MS office programs;
• Smart, accurate, agile.
