Reporting assistant
Job responsibilities:
• Coordination of activities with client's representatives
• Processing and development of attendance sheet
• Controlling of quality implementation of incoming and outgoing documentation
• Processing and development of daily POB
• Daily incoming / outgoing waste registration
• Processing of waste transfer notes for outgoing waste
• Processing of waste transfer notes of incoming waste
• Ensuring all relevant documentation is correctly administered
• Do not discuss or disseminate company’s confidential information
• Any other duties if required
Reporting requirements:
• Submit Daily reports for BP
• Submit Weekly Reports on Skip tracking
• Submit Weekly Report for incoming waste
• Submit Weekly report for drums register
• Submit Weekly report for hazardous and non hazardous skips
• Monthly report for MCCI
• Monthly incoming /outgoing waste report for BP
• Monthly waste disposal report for BP
• Monthly WTN report for BP
